King's College students show support and solidarity

Fobzu is delighted to announce that KCL Action Palestine will be running fundraising events to support Fobzu's Scholarship Programme.  We are thrilled that KCL Action Palestine  will be raising funds to cover the cost of one student at Birzeit.

KCL Action Palestine released a statement saying, "Birzeit University has acted as a sanctuary for its students.  Inspired by this, we hope to develop a long-lasting relationship that helps as many Palestinians as possible to realise their intellectual potential and right to education."

KCL Action Palestine is a student-led group at King's College London, that aims to raise awareness about the situation facing Palestinians across the university community and beyond. Right from the outset, the society and its members have had a particular passion for helping promote and secure the right of education for Palestinians. As students ourselves, we feel it is our duty to enable others to experience what we take for granted.
